Q: How deep are your frames and what are they made of?

Our 'chunky' frames are 35mm deep. Frames are made of high quality kiln dried redwood-all wood comes from environmentally friendly plantations and subscribe to the campaign ‘Forest forever’.

Q: What is a canvas wrap?

A canvas wrap is when the image folds around the edges of the frame completely. If no wrap is required,then the photographic image is presented squarely on the front of the canvas and will have plain white edges for a more contemporary look. Both of these options can be shown to you when visiting us for choice.

Q: Will the colours on my canvas print be the same as what I see on your monitor?

Of course! We provide a ‘colour guarantee’- you will get to proof the photo on our monitor screen and also see the finished article before payment. Note: with deliveries we cannot guarantee this...

Q: What kind of canvas/ink/printer do you use?

We use high quality 390gsm 100% cotton canvas that is designed specifically for printing, our canvas is a white artists matt canvas. We use genuine pigment certified canon inks during our printing process, allowing our products to be fade resistant for up to 75 years. We use Canon Prografs large format printers with specially formulated 12 ink colour layering technology

Q: Do you deliver your canvases?

Our customers like the face to face service that we offer, being able to see and go through there options with our specially trained staff before collecting there framed canvas within an hour. However, If travelling is a problem, email us your photos through the upload page and we can arrange for delivery.

Q: Do you charge anything extra on top of your prices for additional services?

No, all additional work is included in the price

Q: What format do I have to bring the photo to you in?

Any really-original photographs/memory cards/USB sticks/discs/slides/negatives or from a mobile phone

Q: How do I care for my canvas?

Keep your canvas indoors and away from moisture, if in need of a clean use a dry cloth or duster
